There's a shelter, so we'll be dry, but the kids are gonna be bonkers being confined. I can't get a hold of the picnic planner to find out if it's called off. Do you assume a picnic is off when it starts to rain??

I never assume anything when someone ELSE is planning the party/gathering.

You can't use the grass or (better yet) mud for a slip-and-slide?
