I just started running distance again a week ago. I'm starting to get these arch pains that feel lke my arches are burning, don't really know how else to explain it. I'm using stability shoes so i have more cushion in that area but they still seem to hurt. I'm running with the Nike AirSpan4+ shoes, if anyone knows anything that would help please let me know. Thank you.
