Running: 115.3 miles. really crappy month. Tendonitis really cut into any high mileage. Better next month, I promise. I may top 120 miles depending on how far I run at lunch.

Cycling: 776.0 miles I was a bike riding fool this month.

Cycling/trainer: 126.2 miles

weight training: 14.0 hrs. Down a little from previous months, but I had planned to cut back a little this month any way.

Strength Time 2:00
Misc Aerobic Time 4:00

Total Time 37:35
7-Day Avg Total Time 8:29

I was on vacation for 10 days that cut way down on cycling and overall time.

After a crappy first quarter, The Kid had her best fitness month EVAH.

Running:
- 156.3M over 21 runs including only 1 race (note: total for 1Q was 170.6M Shocked)
- increased LSD to 15.2 (longest distance run by me EVAH)
- no injuries, no pain, just fun-fun-fun
- catching glimpses of the runner I can, no - WILL, become and loving it!

Strength:
- 6 hours weights: needs improvement
- crunches: 6,929; averaging 433 for 16 workouts: really seeing results from these

Flexibility:
- 3.5 hours full body stretching

Overall review of April 2003: HELLAMONTH! I have never felt stronger, more fit, or more alive than I have this month. And there's nowhere to go but up!

And she's an East Sider!

102 miles for the month...rather pathetic. I'm hoping I forgot to log something, but more likely, I forgot to run. Wink

Lots of 5k's in April, May is full of longer races. If I don't die of the heat, I'm doing a 10k this weekend, and a half and a 20 later in the month.
