Just so you all know, Mickey VW and I ran the Polar Cap Four Mile Race in Lake George NY. Both did OK with paces in the 10:30 area. Weather was excellent: almost 40, sunny and no wind.

Met up with Runs Like a Girl after the race. We partook of some hot cocoa and Grand Marnier or Baileys. Life is good.
