Jennifer M deserved to be fired, but I agree that Kristi needed to go.
The whole girls team is a mess.
My early on favorite to win is Randal. Something about him that I really like

I think Randal stepped out as the favorite early on because of the death of his grandma and the class he showed through that. I read his online bio, though, and he has some great credentials!

He does have great credentials, (and he is a local guy) and none of the arrogance of some of the other folks. I'd like to see him step up as Project Manger and see how he does.
