okay, here is the
SPOILER! SPOILER!
Do not read on if you plan to watch

They were working with P&G to have a "buzz campaign" for a new flavor (vanilla mint) of Crest toothpaste coming out. The team that created the greater buzz from P&G's perspective, won. They had $50K to do this. Andy (the debate champ) comes up with this $1,000,000 giveaway for the guys, explaining that when companies do this, they don't actually give a million, they buy an insurance policy for the mil, etc etc and that they could spend $40K on that insurance policy. they work into the night with a PR firm to do this and at like 3am it backfires and they can't do it. So they change it to $5K of their budget giveaway and have a whole circus of performers in on the street as they give away toothpaste and chances to win. The girls decide they need to hire a celebrity and they get Mike Piazza who comes out for 30 minutes to brush his teeth, rave about Crest and sign autographs, but only on the crest boxes or these flyers they printed up. The ball was dropped when Maria (the short dark haired girl) negotiated one price for the fliers and they ended up costing 6x more, putting them $5K over their $50K budget, mostly becuase she didn't firmly negotiate, and the project manager delegated tasks and didn't really follow up. P&G said they liked the girls' promotion a little better but they went over budget so they had to go with the guys'.

Boardroom: The PM (who's name is escaping me, up to now we haven't seen her much, she was chosen for this because she used to work for P&G) takes only 2, she takes Maria and Stacie J Maria denies any and all responsibility for the budget fiasco, PM was pretty scattered, accusations flying, constant arguing/hairpulling, then in a flash they both find agreement on the point that Stacie J is certifiable. Trump is concerned enough to pull all the girls back in, ask them all if they think Stacie really is this unstable, they all agree, some say the are scared of her and Trump determines that despite PM and Maria royally screwing up, Stacie has to go ASAP. I don't think Stacie is great, but I think either she was edited better than she was, or she was really hosed. I'm not sure. It was interesting.

I watched the ending and have the rest taped. Seems to me that 'the' donald gave in to some kind of strange 'peer/boob pressure' and voted out the person no one liked. What he failed to recognize was that the Project Leader failed miserably as did the girl in charge of landing that printing deal.

Like he said 10% over budget would kill a company.

But, he knows that every good reality show needs the drama...

I thought he would see past the whole clique thing and keep stacie j around for a while. She could have been the Omarosa of this season, keeping things feisty. dunno The PM was bad, Maria was worse. All the women we've seen stink really. Its embarrassing.

I didn't watch it, but i heard a radio segment this morning where Trump explained his reasoning. Were the other women really scared of Stacie J? That was Trump's reasoning, that he believe there was honest and a very real fear there regarding Stacie J and that is what caused him to switch his firing vote.

She was definitely wacky, I will give them that, and I will also say she probably cracks under pressure, which would come back to bite her in the end had she stuck around, but either we didn't see the worst of her Crazy fit, or they were exaggerating BIG TIME to get her off, which I think is the case. If I was on the team I would have had her be the project manager. She would have either proven her stuff or fallen on her face, in which case, she could have been the obvious scape goat and been gone without having this witch hunt. I'm really not convinced they were ever scared of her, and if they were, they didn't edit it to show us that at all.

Good episode. You had to know that Stacy J's days were numbered. She flaked out in Episode 1 and in episode 2 started calling for temps (without the PM's permission) to sell ice cream.

Are they going to continue to show a repeat on Saturday nights @ 8pm on CNBC or Bravo with additional board room footage? I saw the extra boardroom footage from Episode 2 and it was interesting to see additional dialogue between The Donald/Carolyn/George & the players.
