than just leafing through the paper, and seeing a young child in the obits?
I hate that...just saw a 6 year old in there. He lived about 15 miles from here.

How about just walkng in the cemetary and seeing the DOB and DOD on the gravestone. I think those could be worse sometimes, because you don't even get a story behind the baby/child.

I hate it when children die. I was watching the news either last night or this morning, and there was another story of a mother (and boyfriend) who drowned her 3 children... I just do not understand it. I will never understand killing any child, nevermind your very own...

I went to a funeral on Tuesday for a three year old. It was very difficult. What kept striking me was all the things she would never do.
What struck me hardest was sitting in that chapel--which one day could have been for her wedding, instead, she'll never see it.

I had a 6 year old niece and an 8 year old nephew killed in a car accident 4 years ago. It was horrible. It's part of the reason my brother is such a mess today.
