I'm thinking of installing it on my machine and seeing what I can do with it. Anything I should be aware of? Am I getting into something ugly?

Do you use MSSQL at work? I think they're pretty similar.
This site uses PHP/MySQL. So do a couple of other sites that I run.

We use MSSQL, DB2, Oracle, FOCUS (on our mainframe), as well as Access (which is my specialty). I've done some stuff with MSSQL, but mainly from the client-side, not setting up the databases.

I currently run MS SQL, but I'm probably going to be switching to MySQL due to cost. How can you beat a product that runs well and costs $0.00?
