Anyone, experiences with Nikes Spanax4+? What can you tell me about these shoes? Its time I bought a new pair of running shoes and Im thinking which ones o pick. I need them to be comfy and cushioned so that I avoid blisters that are the most frequent problem I encounter while running. Ive been using Adidas Micro Bounce LT and Im pretty satisfied with them, but I want to try different shoes.

In my opinion Nike Spanax4 are good running shoes. Theyre pretty comfortable and I never get blisters from them. Theyre also very flexible and light. Ventilation is great and feet dont sweat too much. Thy have Air-Sole technology which is perfect and gives the feeling of softness whenever your foot hits the ground. The capsules are placed in the heel and forefoot region. I think this technology also reduces possibility of injuries. All in all, this shoe is great and Ill keep on using them. What I like about them is also the fact that they have that new Nike+ sensor which is placed in the arch area where you can put iPod.
