When they attract complete jackasses? I'm not just talking about people interested in dating you, although that, too, applies. I'm talking about EVERYONE that you meet - not your old friends, new people. Work, socially, etc.
I'm very disturbed by humanity at this point. Nice people used to like me. They don't anymore.

Yep. Sometimes, no matter how nice or polite I am, people can be very mean.
Yesterday the manager at a burger joint (and it was a dive) refused to let me drink the nutritional support drink I had brought to have while the male Aires ate their lunch. He was quite rude about it so we left. (Even after I quietly had asked his permission explaining that it was medically necessary)
Upside, the restaurant we did end up at was so nice--asked me if I needed a cup of ice or anything--that it really balanced out the a-hole at the last restaurant.

HEY! I resemble that remark! 
I know what you mean. Fortunately I am NOT in one of those phases now, my friends are the most wonderful people on the planet and for once, I've ditched all the "undesirables" in the relationship department as well. Hope the trend lasts....but oh yeah, those were NOT good times....
