Also, probably not quite to the extent Ranger says, but, these things aren't FDA regulated, so there is no guarantee that what is in there is what they say is in there and in the quantities promised.

I have not tried that particular product. When I was training back in 200 for the Flying Pig, I used to stop by the locaL juice bar after long runs and gulp down a concotion of kelp, wheatgrass, beet and carrot juice. It made me want to yack so badly I'd hold my nose while I drank it, but it did give me an energy boost and seemed to fight off what would seem like the start of a cold or sinus infection.
I don't know. If it's ridiculously priced I'd avoid it, but if not, it can't hurt.
