Any experience with manual treadmills?

Since there is a significant difference in price I was thinking of getting a manual treadmill instead of motorized?

Anyone has any experience with manual treadmills?

I suppose they may be harder to get going but I was wondering if there are any other setbacks?

In my gym I always use a motorized and am loving it but since I will be working from my home, I need something to work out at home.
