Thanks for the feedback! I can't even wear one under my dress-shirts. I just get to hot and uncomfortable. I will sometimes wear one under a sweater though.
I guess I need to switch to jeans and white tees so I can pick up the wimmins while I am out with my kids b-day shopping for my wife!

weighing in kinda late on this topic, but here goes. I wear an "a" shirt (wife beater) under dress, and some casual shirts. especially if I am not wearing a sweater (in the fall/winter). I didn't always do this but one time I saw a guy in a dress shirt without an undershirt and you could see hair and moles on his back, add a little sweat and it's just
professional and hygiene dictates some kind of undergarment.

This must be the guy equivalent for a girl with a pony tail running in a baseball cap, no?

I wear T-shirts under my dress shirts, sweater, sweatshirts, flannels, and just about everything from probably october until April.
Hey, it gets cold in old SD in the winter...

whats so special about a ball cap/ponytail on chicks? when i wear a hat and a ponytail, that usually means its been a rough night or an extra rough morning!
