My grandmother used to cook her pumpkin seeds but I'm not exactly sure how she went about doing it. Does anybody know a good way to cook them to eat?

I think I used to wash them off, bake them (put'em on top of the wood stove) and salt them.

I thought I did them at like 300. Stir them around every 10 min or so. I let them get nice and brown. Yum!
