Hi everybody
I run 3 miles every other day on a treadmill just to maintain general fitness, that's the extent of my running at this time. Still, I'm happy to be here.
Great site.

Welcome aboard!!
Do you ever plan to transfer to outdoor mileage? Or is that impossible due to time/neighborhood constraints?

I actually got up early (5AM) before work recently to try running outside and hated it! Besides, I actually like my treadmill, so I'll be sticking to it for the forseeable future.

Cool! I was just curious!
It took me forever to get used to the idea of even getting on a tm. (I'm not multi-coordinated, that's for sure ) But I enjoyed it once I did. It's cooler and you can watch a tv or safely listen to music. It rocks! Mr Aire has been bugging me to buy one!
What kind do you own?

I did a lot of shopping around and decided on a Fitline T400. They're built by True and have True's warranty. I paid about $1700 out the door.
Before that I had a NordicTrack C1900 which only lasted a year.
