Why am I stuck here today? Will someone please tell me why I cannot go out to the lake and just lie out in the sun? PLEASE???

I was thinking it was supposed to be gray and ugly today since it was yesterday afternoon/evening and it's supposed to rain this afternoon. But right now, it's gorgeous. Very pleasant with temps in the 60's. I want to go ride my bike.
