- An awesome family and the bestest nieces & nephew.

- Finding out that I really like tri training & the discipline that it requires.

- A great gf who lets me indulge in my passion for training even though she doesn't understand it.

- A steady job that, while often difficult & nerve-racking, is still rewarding and suits me at this time in my life.

- Having this afternoon off.

My list of what I'm grateful for is long and boring and unfunny and personal, so I won't go into it.

But I'm also grateful for you guys and your Riff Raff presence in my life. Thanks, you.

I'm going to steal your sig line for next week. I am also thankful that I am done with work until Dec 6th and will be chasing down bambi for several days.

I am thankful to many of the same: family, friends, children...etc. etc..

But this has been one heck of a year in the coach house....4th child born...wife starts new career, we moved twice, I got a new job...kids start new school...and we Finally are selling our old house.

I'm thankful to my creator. Things worked out. All this happened in the past 10 months, and it's all worked out. It wouldn't have if one or two things went wrong, but you know what...nothing did. I live a truly blessed existence.
