The sound of the shoelace slapping the treadmill. Repeadedly.
And right now, the sound of squeak, squeak, squeak, squeak, as a guy on the treadmill isn't picking up his feet.

The squeek my treadmill makes @ 1% incline, but will go away at 0.5% or 1.5%.

old people making that teeth cleaning noise after eating. It is the worst. and my father is terrible, I mean you are at home, dad, go brush your teeth if the food is caught!!
