I'm catching up on Tivo today.
Couple observations from the last two weeks' episodes.
I think the Paolo family is growing on me. 
I loathe the Florida family. "We're taking the high road, we're high and mighty. God wants us to win." next breath "Look how stupid this picture looks, they have fake boobs, he works as a garbage man ha!"
Still want the Linz's to win.
SO sad the Gaghans are gone, I really liked them.
How hilarious was it to see the gadzookskis sisters with all their panties on top of their pants? And how adorable is Phil? "I think its illegal to wear underpants on top of underpants on top of pants in this country" 
I heart Phil. Who else is still watching this season?

I felt really bad for that Granger (?) family. Love their kids, and the mom and dad seemed really, really nice. They had a chance too had it not for her method of finding the red bean.
Now, I don't get the hatefulness the Florida team is getting from the other team. Unless of course they heard their fake boobs and garbage man comments.

They've been pretty generally unfriendly/rude to the others teams on several separate occasions and I think it turns people off when they encounter "I'm better than you because I'm in the exclusive Christian club and YOU'RE NOT! haha!" and thats the vibe they present. Which really bugs me. And then there's the fact that the mom is dancing on the edge of sanity, which isn't really a reason to dislike them but its a reason for the other teams to distance themselves, where teams like the Bransons obviously know what they are doing.

It was sad to see the "G" family leave the Race. That little boy has been a complete hoot! The physical challenges the last few episodes have been tough on them w/ 2 younger kids. Puts them at a huge disadvantage at the start of each day.
The Florida Family and the "4 sisters" family all need to LEAVE now. The Paulo's are still annoying. They have had more then their share of luck.
Don't like the 4 person dynamic. Too many people on each show. Will be glad when they go back to the 2-person system.

The Florida Weavers rank high on the all time ugliest American AR competitors "Right-o or Left-o? Burrito? conquistador? el speedo" wtf...they live in Florida and don't know a word of Spanish?
I guess I like Ma and Pa paolo. Pa Paolo always seems so grateful to survive each leg and Ma is starting to really hold her own. The 2 kids need to get their asses kicked a few times. But I like the parents okay.
Television without pity is hilarious about this season. They have decided the Branson sisters are indistinguishable, so they just call each one "Tanya". The 4 googooski sisters and their accents and constant self talk "There's a cab wave your arms" "yes wave your arms" "Wave your arms" "yes theres a cab" they are exhausting...
