A holiday clips show reviews the season so far and gives viewers a look at never before seen footage, including material that builds on previous scenes and completely new material, such as:
- A team loses a clue within the first few minutes of the race
- A team puts on make-up in preparation for meeeting Phil at the Pit Stop, as they consider him a class-act
- A starving team member uses her looks to gain free food
- Struggling with the "notoriously unreliable local cars," many teams have trouble filling up the gas tanks
From the I did not know about this seasons of the Amazing Race.
Leg 1 Chicago to Iceland
Didn't see Freddy and Kendra lose their very first clue.
Jonathan waves it at them

Didn't see at customs that Bolo tried to get through faster
Claimed to have cerebral palsy so cut around the line

Leg 2 Iceland
meredith and Maria held everyone up because they couldn't drive shift, but we didn't see that kris and Jon helped them so they could get moving.

Jonathan arrived with a bang at the Viking village (shot of him slamming the car door on her head)
Jonathan--this game teaches you about yourself. you owe me an apology
Victoria--I'm sorry
Joanthan--you have to mean it
Jonathan--the way to play this game is to slow down and be the game. I'm so proud of myself. I came on the race to test myself and it's just the best feeling.

Rebecca is flirting for food with a passerby on the train. The passer by won't give any for Adam. And Adam pouts as she chews.

Leg 4 Stockholm to Senagal Africa
Freddy and Kendra yelling at each other
Kendra--you're going to make me sleep on the dirty floor. don't you care about cleanliness and hygiene? I'm sorry, you're not in charge of the money. Period.

Leg 5 Senagal Africa to Berlin Germany
Slave House honoring ceremony, Gus sobs hard
Hera--I've been thinking this whole trip about what it means to carry American passports and I think of these people and how they made it possible for me to have an American passport. Slavery too is part of what it means.

Kris and Jon had time to kill and went swimming on the beach
Kris--Africa holds a special place in my heart. 
Jon--I'm learning so much more about Kris. She's amazing.

Hayden? complaining that the Berlin Wall is not that great--I was picturing like the Great Wall of China, though I don't know how great that wall is. It's just a wall with grafitti on it.

Jon of Kris and Jon spills it on himself

I didn't watch. I don't like recap shows. Next week should be good when we get a new episode.

Scorch you got all the moments I laughed at. Jonathon wants KIDS???????
That really revealed some more ugly moments of some seemingly normal teams. Except....how can anyone not love Kris and Jon?? And I still love Gus and Hera. I hope it comes down to them.

I don't like recap shows either but this showed a lot of unseen footage, it was interesting.

I found myself liking Kris & Jon for being smart racers without the Colin & Christie baggage. Now I'm on the Kris love train after her comments and was the reason for my post on how some us (americans) see and view other countries we visit.
something I forgot was the banter between Adam & Bolo while Rebecca was doing the "hot rocket bungee" task and Adam not knowing Bolo was making fun of him in refrence to the ski slide task in epsode 2.
