I like to ride a bike. However I always have runny Nose When riding a bike. It is annoying. What do you think is causing it? How can I get rid of it? I look ridiculous, especially when I want to pick up a girl on a ride. Please, help me.

Well, first you have to make sure that you are not down with the flu or some other infection. Second, if you are riding the bike on a cold weather the difference between temperature outside and inside of your nose can be enough to make your nose run. It is not really a runny nose but rather a sort of condensation of hot air in touch with the cold surface (outer side of your nose is cold). It is possible that you are allergic to some plants outside and if you are riding the bike through the area where those plants grow your nose can start running.
