2007 Alton-Wood River Summer Track Series
Every Thursday in June – May 31st, June 7th, 14th, 21nd, 28th - USATF Sanctioning Pending
Registration 6:00pm
Competition 6:30pm
Age groups : 6 & under, 7-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & up
777 Wood River Avenue – East Alton-Wood River High School All-Weather Track
Entry Fees :
14 & Under - $3 one day, $10 entire series
15 & Under - $4 one day, $15 entire series
Family Rate : $35 for entire series
May 31st events:
10 & Under – 100m, 60m Hurdles, 50m, Long Jump, Softball Throw
11 & Over – 3000m, 100m, 1600m walk, 400m, 1500m, 4x200m, Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump
June 7th events :
10 & Under – 100m, 200m, Long Jump, Football Throw
11 & Over – 3000m, 100m, 1600m walk, 200m, 800m, 4x100m, Discus, Shot Put, Long Jump
June 14st events:
10 & Under – 50m 400m, Long Jump, Softball Throw
11 & Over – 1600m walk, 3000m, 100m, 1500m, 200m, 4x200m, Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump
June 21th events :
10 & Under – 60m, 50m hurdles, 400m, Long Jump, Football Throw
11 & Over – 1600m walk, 100m, 3000m, 1600m, 200m, 4x100m, Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump
June 28th events :
10 & Under – 100m, 200m, Long Jump, Softball Throw
11 & Over – 1600m walk, 100m, 1600m, 400m, 800m, 4x200m, Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump
Dates are subject to change due to track resurfacing.
There should be 3 55m+ discus throwers there almost every meet, so there will be some competition. We are trying to get more throwers to come to this series.
