HI everyone, I'm new here and I just want to say what a great forum this is. It is so helpful to get advice and answers to your questions from other athletes. I am an ex-college cross country and 5,000m track runner. I quit this year, my senior year, to start training for triathlons. I hope to learn more from all of you!

Glad you could join us, Kelley! We try to have a good time around here, while still discussing our training. And, don't ever let Shelfy's comments get to you - he means you no harm, really.

Thanks for introducing yourself to the herd, kelley! We hope you find your stay warm, comfortable and cozy. I have enlisted Randy Scissors to leave a mint on your pillow each morning...
