A humbling experience perhaps.
Better think of it as a learning experience. Rest for now then get back up on the horse.

Wow - it sucks when that happens, but it's good to know your mind (and heart) can get the job done.
I had a very similar experience in my first marathon (...just add 42 minutes...)

Sub 4? Hella good! I know exactly what you mean about the cramping hamstrings. It's tough to work through that and finish when you find yourself walking as much as you are running. It sounds like your hammies went when mine did at Grandma's. Be proud for pushing through it and finishing and be proud for going sub 4.
We are.

Nice Job Rob. Now that you have your first one under the belt all the others will be easy. I can't offer any advice on what would have caused all that cramping.
