What aerobic exercises work which muscle groups. I am looking for some cross training ideas. Say if I want to cross train and work on my glutes or my hip flexors. Which ones are good for the abductors? The exercises I have available are:

Treadmill
Stairclimber
Elliptical
Exercise bike
Recumbent exercise bike.

What 3 would be good to do to help balance out the legs?
