I need some advice on decent trail running shoes. Up to now I’ve been a road runner and I’ve decided to switch to trail tracks. I know that the shoes are different for these two kinds of tracks. I also don’t know whether I should pay attention to pronation type when buying train running shoes or there’s just one type of trail running shoes?

I think that the best trail running shoes are Brooks Cascadia. I’ve been using them for over a year and I’m pretty satisfied. I don’t know much about pronation type and trail running shoes, but I guess that they’re all the same since the terrain you’re going to run on is uneven and I don’t see any point in having shoes for overpronation or underpronation. HydroFlow technology is used as shock absorbent and it prevents blisters and eases the impact when feet hit the ground, especially uneven ground. Also, Pivot post system is used for absorbing shock and it helps reaching stability on such grounds. Since trails can be very rocky, Ballistic Rock Shields protect feet from sharp rock edges. Their design is also superb.
