How do you deal with someone who constantly interrupts you? While you are talking to them and when you are talking to others they come up and take over the conversation. EVERY STINKING TIME.
This person is my boss.
What do I do? It is not only rude and demeaning but frustrating too.

I work with a few who do that. I just abruptly stop talking. Sometimes they get the hint. If not, I then say "no, you go". If not then, I say "are you talking?"
