Well the Explorer is being repaired.  I have mixed feelings about that. Nick wants to keep it though, so I guess it'll be alright. My neck isn't hurting anymore, and the x-rays were normal. My back is pretty tight still, but stretching and not lifting heavy things and what not will ease that away eventually. I have a followup appointment in two weeks, if things aren't better then we start physical therapy. For now I have to talk Nick into some light massages!  
The a-hole that rear ended everyone is running around town telling people he is going to sue every single person he hit.  Bring it on moe foe. Turns out he doesn't have any insurance. The sherrif's office is still slacking on finishing up the police report.
Sheesh. Accidents suck!

Some people need a dose of reality - why don't you sue HIM ? Seems to me, the person who failed to stop and observe road conditions might just be at fault...

I would recommend that you skip physical therapy and go for a DT massage, rehabing muscles in spasm will only make things worse.
