I was always told to do your abs every other day, like regular muscles, understanably. But my fitness teacher in school, who seems like he knows his stuff, has us doing 10 minutes of abs every day. Just just seems, well, wrong to me. But I don't wanna sound like some know-it-all by telling him thats not the right way to do it.

So is he right, are abs ok everyday?

The general concensus is that it's okay to work them every day. We had a thread about this a while ago, I'll try to dig it up.

Yeah we talked about it it was pokychicks thread I think. I have done abs many different ways in the past. Mine looked best when I was working them nearly everyday. 10 min. is good.
