I'd recommend the one hour. Half an hour is only enough time to do say a back or a leg massage, and one and a half hours can be abit much for a first timer. And ask them if the one hour includes the 5-10 mins for the pre-massage health survey etc, or if this time is added on to the massage. Wink

Probably 60 minutes. 90 might be too much; 30 not enough. You guys should do the couple massage thing.

An hour. I gave that to my best friend for her birthday which fell in the midst of her wedding planning stress hell. As everyone has said, she said it was the perfect amount of time, 30 too short, etc.

Thats what I want for Christmas! Can I give you my b/f's phone number?? Wink

60 is perfect, especially if it is her first massage. i really like my 60 minutes with the massage person. really.

i always feel 10 years younger, 30 lbs lighter, 1 foot taller and completely stoned when i'm through.

if I aint feeling dat - the therapist don't know jack!

I agree with her assesment...I've had 30 min ones that I definitely wanted to last longer. And the hour seems just right. I'd go for that one.

What a nice gift!!!!!!

If someone else HAS to do it, then definitely an hour. Personally, if it was me, I'd rather him save the money, do it himself and include the post-massage nap--no extra charge! Wink naughty

I got her a day at the spa for our anniversary a few years ago. The only problem was next year she said if I couldn't top that gift don't bother. I hate when I raise the bar on myself.
