I knew Dennis McNamara, an excellenta cop who did everything by the book the night of his stop. McNamara was murdered for no reason other than he was a police officer.
Good at least his killer will never breathe free air again.
I am okay with that.
He probably plead because there was an extremely good case against hiim and he likely wouldve gotten death.

So if I get good and hammered and then go out and kill someone, I'll have a better defense than if I did the deed while sober?
I'm really torn on the punishment though. Slowly rotting in jail until you die (which doesn't look like long from the picture) or being executed by the state so you can never live another day? They both sound like bad ways to die to me.
