What's your most valuable material possession, what's its retail value, and why is it so important to you?

My 2 carat diamond past present future ring. Don't think I care to post the retail value, LOL. Got it for our 6th wedding anniversary. Why is it important to me? Maybe because of all the years DH and I have been together. Maybe I'm just into possessions. who knows.

If you mean that in a strict monetary sense, then my house.

I meant most valuable to you, not strictly in a monetary sense. For example, mine is my late best friend's wedding band, given to me by his husband upon his death because my friend had loved me more than anyone else in his life. It's worth about $30.

I saved the first flower that Bam ever gave to me, it was a single red rose. I have saved it all these years, because it was when we first realized that we were really in love with each other. While I have received more expensive gifts since, I really cherish this one as the most valuable.

That's so sad and so sweet. Do you wear it?

I don't really need material possesions except for my running shoes. And that's it and that's the only thing I need.
I don't need this or that. Just my running shoes. And coolmax socks. The coolmax socks and the running shoes and that's all I need. And Brooks running shorts. The coolmax socks, the running shoes and the Brooks running shorts, and that's all I need. And a Timex 100 Lap Count Ironman Indiglo watch. The coolmax socks, and the Timex 100 Lap Count Ironman Indiglo watch, and the Brooks running shorts and the running shoes. And racing flats. The coolmax socks, running shoes and the Brooks running shorts and the racing flats and that's all I need.
And that's all I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one.
The running shoes, and the singlet, and the Brooks running shorts, and the Timex 100 Lap Count Ironman Indiglo watch, for sure. And maybe a heart rate monitor or something. Possibly a Precor treadmill, too.
But I would trade them all for a red and white thermos.

Runner X - thanks for another laugh!
Mine is probably one of three pieces of art created by a very good friend..depending on which day it is any one could mean more than the other but I think the most uplifting is the "Wonder Woman" piece that he did for me. He gave it to me at a point in my life when I was tired, down, overworked, stressed, and just feeling dejected and overwhelmed and the manner in which it was presented along with his words to me that day were uplifting, encouraging, and will never be forgotten.

Sorry, Kristin, but you are incorrect.

Would it matter if in this particular painting it appears as though she is indeed sporting a Wonder Bra???
