1. My running shoes are
(a) Adidas Super Nova.
(b) Clean.
(c) Around here somewhere.
2. My best run was
(a) Last week.
(b) 20 years ago.
(c) In my dreams.
3. My idea of a hard work out is
(a) 10 by 300m. repetitions with a 100 jog recoveries.
(b) A down hill 20 minute jog.
(c) Searching the house for my running gear.
4. My ideal run would be
(a) In an Olympic stadium.
(b) Along the beach.
(c) Tomorrow.
5. My longest run was
(a) 2 hours.
(b) 35 minutes.
(c) 6 hours. The time I got lost.
6. The night before a big race I will eat
(a) A chicken curry washed down with 4 beers.
(b) Brown rice or wholemeal pasta with a light sauce and plenty of water.
(c) Steak and veges.
7. After a race I will
(a) Go for a warm down run.
(b) Go to the Pub and commence beer hydration
(c) Go to sleep.
8. Injuries
(a) Can't happen to me.
(b) Will never happen to me. I'm an ironman and can't rust.
(c) Never seem to clear up.

(c) 16 miles w/ 11 @ MP
(d) 5x600 m hill repeats w/ recovery downhill
10) My favorite post-workout drink
(a) water
(b) beer
(c) gatorade
(d) Nesquik chocolate milk
11) My Pre-race meal:
(a) a powerbar, a banana, and a glass of gatorade
(b) 3 Eggo waffles w/ maple syrup and a glass of gatorade
(c) bacon and eggs and a glass of milk
12) I will wear tights only when it's
(a) 50 degrees and below
(b) 45 degrees and below
(c) 40 degrees and below
(d) Arctic-like conditions
13) In the summer, I may be frequently seen running around
(a) in shorts and a short-sleeved tee
(b) in shorts and singlet

b....cuz I bet you were a fast muther. maybe A, if you learned how to appreciate "good" run vs fast

I can appreciate C....I've done it for 3 hours, but you're a guy and didn't ask someone how to get back, so 6 is feasible
