Ooh! A running post!

Forecasted temperature for my marathon on sunday: high of 92. Anyone have advice for marathons with stupidly high temps? Go slower, drink more water, those are obvious. Anything else? Neutral

It ain't gonna be that hot when you run is it? I'm assuming it starts early morning.

Take a lot of water at every water station. Plus don't be scared to use the med tent at the finish. The bags of fluids are teh awesome! I had two of them after Boston (had the same weather when I did it) and I felt great afterwards.

Don't be afraid to walk either. I think it helps.
