well 87ish...
i just got back from my longest run of the year. i previously hadn't run more then 40 this season and decided that today i would go for a run with the intentions of having a longer run (time wise) vs the my loops lately that always end up being a speed thing.
according to mapquest i ran 14.72km....
so i guess i could probably run that half marathon without much efffort

the half marathon is 20k and not 16k like i previously thought.
so i guess i will have to work a bit harder.
