The Mrs. took care of a 96 year old patient yesterday who just recently celebrated her 80th wedding anniversary. The patient and her husband were both 16 when they got married.

My great-grandparents made it to their 75th wedding anniversary, but not their 76th. 
My parents had their 40th this year and my in-laws had their 20th (2nd marriage for both in-laws).

I have a great Aunt and Uncle who have been married for 77 years, i thought that was amazing, but 80! Wowzah!

The guy I dated when I was 16 dumped me for my sister (and gave her a dozen roses - JERK!). I'm guessing there is a bit of incestual habits in him and we wouldn't have made it for 80 years either.
