I had a very, very good swim and bike (I pretty much met my goal times on those). I cramped very badly on the run after 3 miles, partially from drinking a little too much on the bike and partially from the heat. Ended up walking most of it but I DID run in the last mile.
Angie and I celebrated by eating out at my favorite sport pub and I had the best tasting pint of Guiness ever!
I'm extremely tired and I can feel my body getting ready to shut down. I'm going to to get some sleep now.
