Actually I'm really looking forward to the results. I'm not a Democrat but for some reason I have really been interested in following the primaries this year. I think Kerry is going to continue winning and I think a few hopefuls will bow out by the end of the week.

Kerry will win a bunch o states. Kucinich will stay in the race despite his only getting a small handful of delegates.

I'm an extreme moderate...

so, I take this race very seriously.

Kerry will do well, if Clark and Dean can't win a single state, they may need to throw in the towel. Edwards has to win South Carolina. If he can't he's pretty much done too.

If Kerry sweeps..I think the nomination is his.

The PA primary is in late April, I think, kinda sucks for the dem's here, looks like the candidate will all but be chosen by then.

Personally I think it would be better, if there were one day when all the primaries were held. It would be fairer for all the residents

I can see your point, because then everyone would vote at the same time. However...if it was all on the same day, it would all be on name recognition...and not many people would get to see and meet and listen to the candidates.

I think these early ones: new hampshire, iowa...etc... are good because they are small states where people get to know the candidates much better than they would in a larger scale.

However, yes it does stink for the state's whose primaries are held much later. SD's is in June...it'll all be sewn up by then.

Perhaps the first couple o primaries should be held on a rotating basis. Iowa and New Hampshire go early this year, Idaho and Louisiana go in 4 years, Maine and Rhode Island 4 years after that. This way everyone gets a chance to play first.

Are these primaries the first step towards a national election? Has the Time of Dubya almost come to a close?

Except we don't have to worry about California winning because Idaho had a weak strength of schedule even though they won every district election by a large margin.

Yep...I like both sides of the fence on certain issues.

I like being a fence sitter....it's a pretty good view.
