Awww...sorry to hear about this. Sad

Take the time to rest and recooperate. It's better to do it that way than to make your injury worse.

Patella Femoral Syndrome is me Mr. Green
Ironically I believe I hurt my knee during a Pilates class. The next day when I went to run owwwweeee. It was my first Pilates class, and can I just say I was more sore than after the marathon. Mr. Green

Thanks everyone for all the well wishes, it really is killing me not to be able to run in all the holiday races. Sad

On the bright side I can ride a bike, and do some much needed upper body strength training.
