How am I supposed to beat rush hour traffic and hit the gym before it is overcrowded when they schedule late afternoon meetings. It better not run late!

I leave at 3pm and it seems any meeting dealing with IT is always scheduled for 3pm or later. Next time I'm scheduling one for 6:30 am and see how they like it.
