I just got scheduled for a 4PM meeting Mad I have been here since 7:15. Good thing I'll be leaving early tomorrow for a track workout and Thursday for a massage or I might let it get to me Mr. Green

mmmmmassage. Never had one. Bet they're great, though.

That happens to BC all the time--he'll be getting his stuff to leave at 5:30 and the General's secretary will call asking for some inane information--even though duty day ends at 4:30 and there is no one from the pertinent department to answer the question.

I feel for you guys having people do stuff at the end of the work day. What was the rest of the day for?

Those suck. I've been fortunate to avoid the 4pm meeting, but did have one that was scheduled from 1-5. Luckily we got out at 3:30 that day.

4PM is usually crunch time for me so I get get all my overnight stuff ready to go by 5PM.

Yesterday @ 4PM, our truck driver who was supposed to arrive @ noon finally showed up and I had to help unload the truck for an hr. Danged irresponsible truck drivers.

look at your watch every 2 minutes, tap your foot and drum your fingers on the table. ask if the clock in the room is fast or slow when it's almost 5. keep getting up to look out the window into the parking lot...close your notebook/laptop at 4:55.... just drop a few subtle hints that these 4:00 meetings are basically SCAH-REWED in your book.

no?
