And if my eyesight serves me correctly, I think the other package is in German and Russian....

I only have to ride a mile from my office and there's a whole strip mall with signs only in Korean.

Yep, they had English, German, and Russian text on the various packages. Perhaps we are learning more as to why they (Russia & Germany) didn't support our efforts in Iraq, no?

I would think that if an insurgent group has chemical weapons, the government would have the same.

sounds like a leap of faith...what government? are you trying to say that all the insurgents are Iraqi and Saddam loyalists at that? i thought Zarqawi (sic) was actually from Jordan?

I don't know the origins of the insurgents, it just seems like a logical conclusion to me. I could be wrong.

Remember that Russian and German are spoken in other countries besides Germany and Russia, so you should spread that pool of blame. Though they were smart to stay out of this skirmish, IMO.
But to answer your original question, "Do some of you still think they didn't have WMD?", I never DID NOT think they had them, and have said as such here. Especially because I know that the US, in addition to other countries, sold WMD to them.

I disagree. Insurgent groups are often much more funded than governments, especially if said insurgent groups partner with foreign governments.

Hm, Sonny, this statement seems to be giving a bit of a pass to oh, I don't know, the English Speaking Countries!!!!!
Let's remember that no nation here has clean hands, least of all the US companies involved in making these horrible compounds and weapons and selling them abroad.
The first thing the UN Security Council did when they got the last big reports from Blix and the IAEA before the war was to black out the names of all of the companies involved in selling these things to Iraq over the years, from all countries. Afterall, in the US, and most Western industrialized countries, weapons sales are big BIG business that makes a lot of folks a whole lot of money.
No reason to damage that cash cow with some silly disclosures, eh?
