My hubby and I ran our 2nd 5k today! Last week we ran one at the zoo and there were a few thousand people so we were expecting a few people on this one too. We get there ( we even travelled out of town) and there was maybe 25-30 people there! The course had a lot of hills it was crazy! I never ran that many hills in one run before and they were monster hills!
I was pleased with my time 26:32, still didn't beat hubby. He came in at 24-something and we both got 1st in our age division!! We got medals and everything. Of course there were so few people nearly everyone got a medal, but beggars can't be choosers.

Congrats on getting a medal on conquering those hills. Are you racing again next weekend?
