til IMLP, who is started their training.

funny timing, just got off the trainer, and wrote the trainer workout on the calendar and thought hmmm how many weeks is it, now I know.

Swimming 3 times a week, masters program is suppose to start soon(cannot wait it can only help my weakest sport), biking on the trainer 3 times a week as well, which is new to me as I never had one before, so usually just started to bike in april, so should be stronger on the bike. Finally this week the trainer is feeling more comfortable.

Well running is not so good, cannot run without pain in my knee right now, ran Disney marathon (pulled out a 3:22 with not too much pain) a month ago and pain started about two weeks before it, took time off after, but tried to run this week and it really hurts so I hate to say (I never go to them) I must go to the Doctor to get this checked out, only good thing is that running is my strongest sport so not too concerned to take some time off.

Marathon schedule for March 20. So primarily a run focus through then. I have been fighting Plantar Fasciitis since November. Slowly getting better. I started PT last night to help spend up the healing process while continuing to train.

I was supposed to start this week with increasing my mileage, but got stuck working for a friend that got sick. I'm not sure if this will put off Florida's Great Escape or not. Probably.

I will start training for Georgia's Rock and Roll Half next week.

I cannot wait to start picking up the miles. I feel like such a slug.
