The time I've been waiting on hold to speak with somebody at the 24-hour help desk for the Indiana Higher Education Telecommunications System. I need to be getting some work done but I need to talk to them first.

I finally just gave up after being on the phone for a little over 30 minutes without talking to a single human person. I left them a message to call me back. Their website says that they call back within 45 minutes. Any guesses on how long it takes for them to call back?

I guess kobyj is still waiting by the phone. Someone run over there and tell him they aren't going to call him over the weekend.

They finally called me back about 30 minutes after I left the messgae. They were apologitic that I waited for 30 minutes the first time, and then was calling back again and had waited on hold for another 20.
