About 4200 dope tests will be undertaken at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, 20 percent more than in Athens 2004, IOC medical director Patrick Schamasch said overnight.
There will be 694 extra tests in Beijing, compared with Athens, and 441 of those will be made between the opening of the Olympic Village and the opening ceremony, of which 258 tests will be on urine and 183 on blood.
