A pretty good year for me.
Running Totals
January 305.95
February 141.60
March 72.32
April 69.57
May 91.15
June 80.05
July 77.10
August 98.40
September 142.20
October 141.05
November 193.80
December 182.50
YTD Totals 1595.69 miles
I guess if I lengthened out a couple of runs this week I could have broken 1600 miles. I was hoping for 1800 miles of running but the summertime heat just really knocks down my miles. I am not sure what my 2004 total was but I think this was higher.
Rowing Totals: 117500 Meters.

831.5 miles - my best year yet, though room for plenty more.
I'm entering my slow season (running-wise); if I do 40 per month for the next three months that ain't bad.

1574.24 miles running, 9:19:59:57 (8:59.69 average).
No PRs, but a whole bunch of second and third bests in many distances raced. The highlights were : 1) getting to help my coach in her Mad City half, 2) getting my first competitive/preferred starting position for the '06 Shamrock Shuffle (8K) based on my performance in '05, and 3) my 2nd place AG at Pearl City.
351.32 miles cycling, 19:57:37 (3:24.53 average).

Running: 1192.3 miles
This was a good year for me with my running. I stayed healthy and have been able to stick to a good marathon plan this fall. I took time off from running much in distance this past summer and worked on speed. Not sure if any of it will pay off yet or not. I hope this marathon training has paid off as well.

3500+ miles. not much racing. a marathon PR and 10 mile PR. a few decent 5ks and one good 10k. Disappointing half marathon and mile....and too many lingering injuries. Ended the year with my usual cold that will probably last for 3-4 weeks

750.1 miles.
Better than I thought, but far short of where I wanted to be. Too many injuries this year.
