Here are a couple of year long individual challenges for this year:

  • A marathon a week (26.2 miles), that would give you 1362.4 miles for the year.

    or

  • 2004 miles for 2004. That breaks down to 38.6 miles a week.

Sign up below, we will track your progress throughout the year.

Good luck

At first I thought you meant run one marathon a week.

Sign me up for the 2004 in 2004. Not sure if I can get it but I might as well try.

I'll shoot for #2, but hold me to #1. If next year is anything like this year, where I shot for 2003 miles, I will miss it by a lot. Yes, gimme a marathon a week.

Hook me up for 2004 in 2004. Lord knows I tried to hit 2000 miles / year for the past two years and haven't hit it yet. Maybe 2004 will treat me better than 2003 and 2002.

That sounds cool. Of course, i'm still working through approximately 10 miles a week, so i can't sign up.

No. 1 for me because if all goes right this is THE YEAR. I feel I'm fit enough to actually train for a marathon and not just finish it.

jrjo the runner says go for 2004, but jrjo the coach says go for 1362... so put me up for the 'thon a week, plus that much on the bike too.
