This would be a very rough estimate, but I'll say 600. Really only about 7 months of running, so I guess it's not too bad.

I don't have an accurate measurement b/c i started using my CR log in May and I didnt keep track of the mileage in the beginning of the year. It wasnt much anyways b/c of all the layoffs I have had. Probably around 900-1000 miles.

Running: 1439.6 miles - Not a comprehensive number. Ironically, when I started working on the running log for this site, I stopped logging my workouts.

Cycling: 3961.8 miles - Times aren't accurate
Time: 10 days, 1h 48m 13s
Avg. Pace: 3:46/mile

Cycling/trainer: 2101.9 miles
Time: 5 days, 17h 20m 00s - Times aren't accurate
Avg. Pace: 3:56/mile

Swimming: 57.1 miles
Time: 1 day, 19h 36m 00s - Times aren't accurate
Avg. Pace: 46:05/mile

Walking: 3.0 miles
Time: 45m 00s
Avg. Pace: 15:00/mile

weight training: 138.0 miles (1 mile = 1 session)
Time: 5 days, 8h 40m 00s
Avg. Pace: 55:49/mile

Well since my log is on the work pc and I'm at my parents house these are educated guesses.

Mileage - 1200 give or take a couple
Pace - 7:15 give or take a couple of seconds
Avg. run distance - 4.8
PR's in 5k, 10k and 5 mile

I'm damn happy and pumped about 04 already

About 155 miles cycling (not counting tomorrow).

no other activity
181 + hours running this year
16148.529 miles in my lifetime

no injuries
only major loss of days running were two minor illnesses and Abby hospitalizations
