sub 19 5k and sub 1:35 1/2 marathon. I'm in decent shape to get a start on my goals, I just have to stay healthy and focused.

Hopefully: sub 1.20 BSR (10 miles)

Sub 16:00 and win age group again in local fun run race 4th of July (2.2 miles)

Complete a triathlon. Possibly Philly in July.

BSR, seems like it may be a tough one this year. Don't know if I have it in me to do 10 miles.

Is that so you can tell exactly what all those mid-packers are cursing at you as you pass them on your way to more hardware? Razz

Did that already this morning (assume you mean "to bonk)". Only thing I can think of was that I didn't carb correctly yesterday. Too much protein and fat.

Broad Street run sub 120. Hopefully see some other RR people there and Greg and I able to push each other.

Sharon Hill race (the race Greg edged me out last year) sub 16 there and give Greg a run there too.

Maybe a 5 mile run under 40 this year if I find one.

A 5 k sub 2430.

Run a 5k every 2 months (doing well so far, have one next weekend, one in March, and one in May).

I don't know if I'll be getting to Madison, that remains to be seen, but I would like to get to one event where I can meet a lot of you this year.

I would like to do a half marathon this year.

I have been instructed to do some 10K's first though. Wink

I would also like to do some of the really fun runs around here:

-Jump Rope One Miler (OL, you know you want to)

-Mud Run and Obstacle Course (I like to be messy! fubby)

-Dr. Seuss Run (they shut down the FREEWAY and you can run on it! fubby)
